Student Mentorship
Your students will have the opportunity to meet and learn from our diverse and gifted staff. PASSPORT employs called and committed Christian women and men for our summer teams. Encountering a relatable Christian role model can change a student’s life, encourage them as followers of Christ, and help them understand what an active and growing faith looks like.
Exciting Camp Parties
We have three nightly parties and one goal – FUN!
Rec Party: At the rec party students will compete in teams with their Bible Study Group in a variety of fun and silly games. Youth and adults should come dressed to get sweaty!
Camp Dance: A time to dance, play, and sing with new friends, this costumed event is fun for all. Staff judges will determine which group is best dressed. The key is to come dressed with your group!
Variety Show: The variety show allows campers an avenue of self-expression with an audience of their peers. Acts will be screened, via uploaded video, based on variety, appropriateness, creativity, church group representation, quality, and time constraints.
PASSPORTchoices will invite youth groups to leave campus for an evening of dinner and fun in the surrounding community. Your group gets to decide what they want to do and to make plans that make the most sense for you and them.
Ecumenical Student-Led Worship
PASSPORT intentionally hires college and seminary students to run our programs. Our national office team works all year preparing creative worship that connects with your students to help them grow in their faith. With an intentional focus on camper-led worship elements, PASSPORT intentionally creates an intimate, grace-filled, low-pressure worship environment.
Fresh Programming Rooted in Scripture
The PASSPORT team spends many months crafting a creative and thoughtful curriculum for your students’ Bible Study experience each day of camp. Building on itself throughout the week, Bible Study is a time to explore the yearly theme and dig deep into the daily scripture passages. Incorporating art projects, storytelling, quiet moments, and group work. Care is taken to engage campers of all learning styles with sensory experiences that are sensitive to the unique physical, emotional, and spiritual development of teenagers. Rather than being treated as consumers, PASSPORT encourages campers to be active participants offering students opportunities to lead in Bible study, worship, missions, and other aspects of camp.
