David Burroughs

President, Founder, Development

David Burroughs is the founding President and CEO of Passport, Inc. Rev. Burroughs is an ordained minister with a Master of Divinity degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, and a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of South Carolina.

Colleen Burroughs

Vice President of Communications

Colleen Burroughs holds a degree in Fine Art from the University of Alabama and a Master of Divinity degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary where she received both the John Knox Press and Clyde T. Francisco preaching awards.

Scott Ford

Chief Operations Officer

Scott Ford  is an ordained minister with a Master of Divinity from Mercer University’s McAfee School of Theology in Atlanta and a B.S. in Secondary Education, Mathematics, and English from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, AL.  His main job responsibilities include coordinating personnel, operational systems, and logistics.

Marnie Fisher Ingram

Coordinator of Youth Programming

Rev. Fisher-Ingram is an ordained minister with a Master of Divinity degree from Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond, and a B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown College. Her main responsibilities are oversight of the development for the three Youth Programs and Summer Staff Hiring.

Dale M. Eshelman

Associate Coordinator of Finance

She graduated from Millsaps College with a B.A. in English, and later received an M.A. in English from the University of New Orleans. Her main job responsibilities include handling all finances, human resources, and working with the president as his executive assistant.


Dale Tadlock

Coordinator of Passport Media

Dale is an ordained minister with a Master of Divinity from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA, and a B.A. in psychology from Mississippi College. He also holds a Certificate in Youth and Theology from Princeton Theological Seminary.  A past president of CBF Youth Ministry Network, Dale still teaches middle school Sunday School and is an active volunteer with the Spain Park High School Band.

Daniel Ingram

Coordinator for IT, Registration, International Camps and Special Projects

Daniel earned a Mechanical Engineering degree from Virginia Tech and a Master of Divinity degree from Baptist Theological Seminary, and has held positions in congregational and non-profit ministry. Daniel coordinates all event registrations and information technology as well as a variety of special projects and events.

Lindsay Morton

Director of Marketing

Lindsay graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Broadcast Communications. At PASSPORT, she manages the website, social media channels, video production and works with the communications team to direct and implement online and offline communications.

Amanda Short

Communications Manager

Amanda has a B.A. in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing from the University of West Florida. Now, in her 6th year at Passport, she manages projects and correspondence for Communications, Passport Media, and Watering Malawi.

Samantha Bush

Office Manager

Samantha holds a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies and a B.A. in Religious Studies and Psychology, both from the University of Alabama. She came to Passport in August of 2014 from Child Abuse Prevention Services.
