This past weekend we welcomed an amazing group of Program Staffers for three days of intensive leadership training.

Their weekend was full of important conversations from mission philosophy, to cultural proficiency and team-building. Our camp teams learned about what our PASSPORT Revolution (learn more about this year’s camp theme) will look like at camp and even had a chance to practice (and play) our REVVED Up Rec Party!
Our MissionBASE teams learned more about the communities they will be serving with and how to help our church groups engage thoughtfully and meaningfully.
