Yesterday, we shared ( read more here) that we celebrated our 100,000th camper milestone by awarding Alfarouk Majid the ‘PASSPORT Camper For Life’ certificate. Today, we want to share this amazing young man’s story which providentially paralleled our mission focus of welcoming refugees from around the world as Jesus welcomes us.
We heard many stories from children and students who felt their family’s stories were represented by our mission videos this year. From Iraq to Syria to Tennessee to Georgia and finally to Pendleton, South Carolina, we are thankful for the chance to share Alfarouk’s story and welcome him and his brother into the PASSPORT family.
