Christ-Centered Choice Courses

From learning about other cultures, music, drama, or missions, students have a chance to customize their conference experience and connect their interests with their unique Christian identity. For a few hours in the afternoon, your students will have the opportunity to engage topics, passions, and conversations they find interesting, exploring vocational call related to Christian ministry.

Each Choice is led by a college or graduate student who is passionate about their topic. In this creative classroom, your students will have a unique opportunity to connect with new friends with similar interests and learn more about who Jesus is calling them to become.

Students can choose from the following Choice courses:

The drama of Scripture and the drama that fills our everyday lives are not without meaning and purpose. In Curtain Call you’ll explore the power of drama in expressing yourself, shaping others’ souls, and following Christ in community.

Did you know that teams from only two countries play in the World Series? So what games to people play around the world instead? In World play you’ll learn to play games we don’t normally play in the United States! Learn the basics skills of Oshikura Manju, Kabadi or Las Cebollitas while discovering something new about the people and the place you might one day explore in person.

Do you care about God’s world and our environment? Come show you care as we learn about ways to make a difference on this fragile earth. As stewards of our environment, we have a role to play in reducing our ecological footprint. We’ll help the church of tomorrow lead in preserving the earth entrusted to us all the way back in Genesis.

Put feet to your faith by investing in the lives of others, especially in your community. You’ll participate in a mission project that allows you to serve the poor through trusted ministry partners like the Habitat for Humanity, and the Salvation Army Family Store.

Student Mentorship

Your students will have the opportunity to meet and learn from our diverse and incredible staff. PASSPORT employs called & committed Christian women and men for our summer teams. Encountering a relatable Christian role model can change a student’s life, encourage them as followers of Christ, and help them understand what faith lived looks like.
