Missions & Choice Coordinator

Choices Coordinator: Lauren Muse

Lauren is a student at UCF studying Human Communications. This is Lauren’s fourth summer serving with Passport and her second summer serving as the Choice Coordinator with PASSPORTchoices.

“Passport to me means empowering others to be ministers in the day to day life during whatever stage of life they are in.”

Choices Coordinator: Ethan Houser

Ethan is a student at NC State and this is his third summer serving with Passport. This is his first summer serving on the PASSPORTkids team.

“To me, Passport is a loving and welcoming community of Christians that continues to mean the world to me. This community has had a large role in helping me develop into the person that I am today through spiritual and personal growth, strong and lasting friendships, and an environment fostering love and acceptance to all. Passport is truly a family to me.”

Missions Coordinator: Lauren Halsey

Starting in the Fall 2019, Lauren will be attending medical school. This is Lauren’s fourth summer serving with Passport and her second as the Mission Project Coordinator.

“Passport is a place of inclusivity and beauty that encourages youth and adults to use the skills God gave them to be the hands and feet of Jesus to their communities. Passport is one of my greatest joys because of how each person involved grows and learns who Christ is in every step.! .”

2019 Camp Pastors

Camp Pastor: E.J. Green

E.J. is a student at Morehouse College. This is E.J.’s second summer serving with PASSPORTchoices as camp pastor!

Camp Pastor: Lauren Davis

Lauren is a student at Spelman College. This is her first summer serving with Passport. We can’t wait for your children to meet her!

Camp Pastor: Malcham Seals

Malcham is a student at Georgia State University and this is his first summer serving with Passport!
Welcome to the PASSPORT Family Malcham!

“I’m excited about a summer of ministry because this will be the first summer in a long time that I will be out of state! I am also excited about ministry this summer because I will be getting first hand experience as to what the everyday life of a pastor is like. Lastly, I’m excited because I’m doing something new! .”

2019 Worship Coordinators

Recreation Coordinator: David Cross

David is a student at Chowan University graduating in May with a degree in Marketing. This is his third summer serving with Passport and his first as Worship Coordinator.

“Passport has given me a community that shows genuine love and respect for others. The friends I have made working camp are so special. Passport has helped to show me that ministry comes in many different forms”

Worship Coordinator: Molly Garret

Molly is a student at Florida Southern College and is graduating in May with a degree in Nursing. This is Molly’s third summer serving with PASSPORT and her second as the PASSPORTkids Worship Coordinator.

“As a camper, Passport was always a home away from home for me and a safe space for me to grow in my faith. Passport holds a very special place in my heart and I love witnessing how coming to camp impacts so many lives!”

Worship Coordinator: Jon Chacko

Jon is currently serving as an intern in the PASSPORT National office. This is Jon’s fourth summer serving with Passport and his first as a Worship Coordinator.

2019 Recreation Coordinators:

Recreation Coordinator: Caton Reynolds

Caton is graduating from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. This is her third summer serving with Passport and her first on the PASSPORTchoices team.

“Passport is home. Camp is a place where I know I can always be my true self and find love and acceptance wherever I look. Passport has gifted me a community rooted in faith that always challenges me to be my best self, but still loves me when I am not.”

  • WHEN I THINK FEARLESS, I THINK OF: Fearlessness is embodied in biblical figures like Esther and Moses, but also in people like Ellen Degeneres, Aly Raisman, and Maya Angelou. Being fearless means always standing up for what is right, no matter what anyone else may think or whatever the consequences may be.

  • FUN FACT: I have taken a selfie with Joe Biden.
Recreation Coordinator: Beth Plympton

Beth is a student at Radford University. This is Beth’s second summer serving with PASSPORTkids.

“Passport to me is a family of servants that are joined together through God’s calling in their lives. It is one of the branches that is rooted in Christ’s vine, and each individual that is involved can feel God’s overflowing presence in this ministry. Through these deep roots, I am able to call Passport a home.”

Recreation Coordinator: Wyahee Tucrkile

Wyahee  is a student at Grand Canyon University and works full time at inJOY Resources. This is Wyahee’s fourth summer serving with Passport and her second serving as PASSPORTmissions Rec Coordinator.
