Program Directors’ Meeting is a time where Passport invests in the the leadership of our camp teams. The Director, Assistant Director, Camp Pastor, Worship Coordinator, Recreation Coordinator, and Missions Coordinator/Choices Coordinator from each team come from across the country to Passport’s headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama.
They spend three days being trained by the Passport national staff and former staffers on everything from new energizers to crisis counseling. More important than learning new policies and procedures, Program Directors’ Meeting offers a time for the Passport national staff to imprint the Passport message and mission to our camp leadership. The teams learn the ‘Why’ behind the way Passport conducts worship, empowers students, teaches Bible Study, and does missions differently.
We have amazing staff leadership this year and we hope you will join us in prayer for these capable staffers as they prepare to lead us at camp this summer!
