Faith does not have to be complicated but there are requirements. Following Jesus with our lives demands action. To expect justice we must learn to recognize and intercede on behalf of the oppressed. To be kind often means putting others’ needs first. And walking humbly only happens when we stop looking for acknowledgement. Faith in Christ is simple, but that does not mean it is always easy.

Giving a cup of clean water is one of the most tangible ways to share the love of Christ in the world. Over a billion people on the planet do not have access to safe drinking water on a daily basis. This summer campers will participate in offering Living Water through sharing clean water in the country of Malawi.

Students will learn about this beautiful country and the important work of accessing clean water. They will be invited to water a garden, give a cup of clean water, put a loo in a school, or serve up some fresh fish for families in Malawi in the “warm heart of Africa.”

How do we serve in a sustainable way?
Help your youth wrestle with many of the issues being discussed in academia, among mission agencies, and in many other common places concerning the role and sustainability of mission work in the world in which we live.

These lessons will deepen teenagers’ and adults’ understanding of what it means to “be on mission” in the 21st century.
